Saturday afternoon, had Heightened Sensations followed by Speeding, with on and off Wanna-Crys. Then drained in the afternoon from 90-degree temperatures in our area today.
Just after midnight Sunday I was driving home from an evening of socializing. Was drained -- initially I thought from a long conversation with a talky visiting Australian -- with underlying slight nausea. Then at one point the nausea got worse and the outer edges of my chest suddenly ached, though likely. Thought it was genuine cardiac, then it passed. Then, briefly, pains to the back of my neck just below my skull.
Home just before 1 a.m. but still slightly nauseous. Very tired. Now it feels like liver-type symptoms. What is all this? Felt like my area for a bit; now I'm not sure.
Wow, that's a lot. Maybe explains the two dozen sharks sighted just off our shores here? And the juvenile whale trapped in Ventura Harbor Marina, along with two seals?
Sunday morning, a migraine aura.
Wow. Thanks for the warning. I just got a low-pitched left ear tone with some pressure, lasting for several seconds.
Overnight Sunday into Monday I had insomnia following a long, full and active day. Now getting the Sleepies but not sure whether it's seismic or from the insomnia. Probably both.
You mentioned Arctic above. I just remembered that I got a hit just off the top center of my head recently (North Pole, Arctic). It was brief, in passing; I can't remember when it was.
Will let you know if anything else happens on my end.
So now I'm wondering if I was picking up on Manchester. My prayers go out to the families and friends of the injured and deceased, as well as to Manchester and all of England.
This madness must stop. I too want eradication of terrorism but I wonder if we're going about that the right way. That's all I'll say here.
Tuesday morning and the inner-ear pressure changes are ridiculous. I'm still not entirely sure what this means, or even if it's a sensory. All I know is that it's uncomfortable and distracting.
Insomnia continues too. Late at night I'll start to get sleepy, then a second wind comes along out of nowhere, and then I'm up far too late. I'll go to bed and lie awake for a while, finally fall asleep, then the alarm clock goes off after only a precious few hours. Will try again tonight to go to bed on time to see if I can at least get my usual 6 hours.
Wednesday morning. Got a full night's sleep; woke up tired again. Driving to work, had cardiac symptoms including light pain center back. Ear pressures still acting up.
San Fran calling me again. Heading up there toward end of June; planning trips there for July and September as well.
