Hi Jackie. Welcome aboard. Mark is right, you have to learn it for yourself. Every one is different. I can't emphasize it enough to "Keep a Log". Find a method that works well for you to keep track and try and stick with it. Try and note the time, left or right or both, intensity, duration etc. You'd be surprised what a difference even the subtle little changes in pitch make. Then try and match them to quakes. I made the mistake years ago to state that I felt left was for north and right was for south and pretty soon every one was saying that as though it were the gospel. Of course they don't recall who first said that but afterwards I discovered that it wasn't true for me. So, don't let any one try and dictate to you what your tones mean, as it is not the same for all of us. I don't know how well the "search" button works here, haven't tried it myself but like Mark said try that. Not sure if this will help but it is a link to a tone/wave generator program? Something like that. I never used it myself but some sensitives seem to find it helpful.

BTW my left ear has had a high pitch screaming for weeks now too. What ear is yours in?
