Wednesday morning felt weak and couldn't breathe. This persisted for a few hours. Breathing stuff is usually one of my signs for volcanic. Per BH post re El Salvador let's see what happens.
Just came off an hour of feeling shaky and weak; then some minor Seismic Flu. The sensations are all affecting center-chest, making me think it's local so now I'm confused.

Me too, trying my best to keep my posts limited to a few lines.
Thursday morning prep began with a fast-coming migraine aura. Irritable, still somewhat shaky.
Easily annoyed, especially at my workplace. Hypersensitive -- feel like I'm being dumped on and abused. Trying to remember the "No thought" strategy but it's a challenge today.
Ears squirming again like pressure changes. Throat starting to burn like strep. Running a slight temp (Seismic Flu?).
And just like that, it's all gone. The Seismic Flu, burning throat -- all gone. The ears are still a touch squirmy but not as bad as before.
Big-time Euphoria. I'm not even mad at my crazy boss right now (LOL) -- or even a stupid project I'm working on for him. In fact I've found a way to make it work.
It's like nothing happened. But ler's see what happens in 24-48.

And Friday morning, we had a 3.3 in our Loma Linda (Inland Empire) area.
I'm physically uncomfortable this morning. Chest sensations ranging from heartburn to the "elephant" LW spoke of on hers. Slightly difficult to breathe.
The emotional symptom is one of: "I've been too nice. People are taking advantage of me and it's time for me to stand up, show a little attitude and fight back." If it's not the country's emotions I'm picking up on, then as LW indicated above, it's more quake stuff local to me.
(Thanks both to LW and BH for posting quakes. I apologize for not doing so myself; I just haven't had the energy or focus the past several weeks.)

BH: Sorry to hear; my best wishes for your sister-in-law.
LW: Glad I could help calm you down, LOL! Sorry you were going through that. Anyway, the 6'er in Chile is weird in that I didn't get my normal sensory (cold feet) for it. As for electrics, none of my devices acted up but I did note Yuku was down for a bit. Saturday night I wanted to report Fatigue and chemtrails over L.A. area but couldn't get on.
Over the weekend, people around me acting crazy, volatile, doing strange things. Monday morning, more klunking in the chest.

Tuesday morning, more heart stuff. This is getting to be a habit -- always in the a.m., always when I'm driving to work. Taking on a psychosomatic quality now, making me question if it's really a sensory.
Anger fits too. I'm "no more mister nice guy" at the office. More businesslike, less smiley. But I'm okay with it as I want certain of my co-workers to see this side of me. Especially the crazyboss.
I should also report that the system stop-up and bloating have been extra bad lately too. Energies building for something about to let loose.

Glad you're feeling better. I'm not. Not at all.
Tuesday overnight, the worst insomnia I've had a long time. Didn't get to sleep until 4:30. When the alarm went off 90 minutes later, I awoke exhausted and nauseous, and knowing that I wasn't going in to work today. Throughout the day Wednesday, persistent Despair and intense feelings of isolation, almost to the point of suicidal contemplation. In the past these have been CA Inland Empire symptoms -- which I hesitate to pinpoint the destination because nowadays these symptoms could mean anything. But given the equally persistent center-chest (my immediate area), well, we'll see.

Thursday morning and I'm physically uncomfortable, and getting a bit concerned. Center-chest and the heart continues to act strange. Now this morning, a dizzy spell lasting over a minute, followed by pressure changes in the left ear. And then it all settles down. Like nothing happened.
I should also mention that somehow, I lost 9 pounds overnight. Much of that previous bloat is gone. Again, like nothing happened.
A migraine aura in the 1:00p PDT hour, followed by a wall of Sleepies mid-afternoon.
LW tells me it's a combo of Hawaii acting up plus an oncoming L.A. swarm.

BH, you just used my favorite phrase that LW loves -- "something's afoot." And something is.
Yes I do feel better waist-wise from the weight loss. But my heart's acted up for the last several days, and for the past couple of days I've also experienced tingling spells in my left (west - Pacific) cheek.
I'm thinking about LW's current Hawaii sensories. I recall, from 11 years ago, the weekend of Hawaii's first 8'er in nearly a century. It was the weekend of my first trip to the Bay Area in 2 decades. Check out this odyssey: I'd rushed to catch the plane, and aftet getting aboard my heart rate wouldn't slow down. Scared that I was having a heart attack, I hyperventilated throughout the late afternoon/early evening -- the flight, getting my bags (late-checked because I'd gotten to the airport late -- had to wait for the next flight up to get them), taking BART (for the first time ever) to the hotel, checking in, dropping off the bags, and finally having a couple of friends drive me to the ER. The doctor had to feed me an Atavan because I couldn't get my breathing under control; it did the trick. It wasn't until Monday morning, headed back to the airport, that I had my "Aha!" moment when I overheard someone mention the Hawaii quake.
So now MY current sensories have me thinking about Hawaii. Let's see what happens.
