My head's fine, LW, thanks. I rarely get the pain anymore; just the auras. The pain lasts only a few hours and is usually light, though annoying. Also, forgot to mention a cluster of heart-catches Wednesday morning and Thursday morning. Ears squirming too. And a few quick but vocal Anger fits.
So I take it "clangs" are more intense (i.e., higher mags) than "pops"? At any rate I think you're right about my immediate area.
I think it's making other people crazy too -- especially those who don't know they're EQsen. A lot of erratic and impulsive driving -- spectacular wrecks and police chases -- and people being more hyper/neurotic than usual.
Meanwhile, another Merc Ret begins on the 21st.
While driving to the store early in the evening, I got a somewhat sharp heartburn sensation, center-chest, going into my right upper arm. Looked for a place to pull over in case things got worse but as I got to the store, the sensation ceased.
LW, you wrote of the Bay Area quake that hit during the World Series ... you're thinking of the 1989 Loma Prieta quake. Did I ever tell you how I think I sensed that quake? I was visiting someone in San Fran in January '87. Not sure how I came to be at this location, probably my host driving me around sightseeing. But upon glimpsing a bridge incline -- probably the Bay Bridge landing in SoMa -- the city looked like it was in a disaster movie and I was watching the first act, before the disaster hit.
I got an impression of a "sleeping giant under the city", and knew that whatever energy there, while dormant at that moment, would wreak havoc when it "awakened." I didn't give it a second thought -- I'd had my first quake sensory only 2 years earlier, with the Mexico City 7'er -- until many, many years later when I realized I might've sensed it.
Now, I don't get a "sleeping giant" sensation here in L.A., but I do suspect something square in my immediate area. We wait.

My post above was validated by that of LW on the "Four Corners of CA" page. I had verbally made to co-workers a similar prediction about 10 minutes before logging on and reading her post.
I repeat the symptoms here for recordkeeping: A series of heart symptoms including catches, and another quick-and-dirty migraine aura. Now also getting Seismic Flu symptoms.

You're dropping a hint, LW, I can tell.
BTW, we had a 3'er in eastern San Diego County over the weekend (Kudos, LW!) but not sure that's the one I was picking up on.
Not having any top-of-head pains but a lot of bloating and the heightened sensations going into a deeper physical-emotional plane (best way I can describe it). This as I'm coming into a deeper personal power.

Sunday evening, ears began squirming again.
Now see "Four Corners of CA". Had to move that post after putting it on the wrong geographical page.

Something's definitely up. A little after 2:00 Friday morning, I woke up from a near-nightmare with one of the worst anxiety attacks ever. Chest pounding full speed, wild disassociative worry, etc. Managed to lull myself back to sleep after an hour. Indeed, we wait.
A few small migraine auras over the last day or so.
I dunno where my brain is. Missing details, unable to focus, making productions out of things where unnecessary -- it's ridiculous. Whatever's building is having an affect on my brain functions.

See the "Baja ... SoCal" page. Explains my tension Monday night.
Tuesday morning, a quick but small and brief migraine aura. (Actually this wasn't a full aura, just a spot of blindness in the peripheral vision that doesn't last long. I need to find a name for this.) Some agitation, mild hyperactivity, so I suspect the local activity continues.

Monday, I can report that after a long lull, the inner ear squirming has resumed. It's like the inside of my ears are being squeezed.
Irritable, impatient, seeing things as they are rather than be in (others') denial -- the emotional sensories running through my soul today. I'm getting no particular geographical indication, so let's just see what happens.

So, Wednesday morning, felt like crap -- bloated, light fatigue, the Sleepies, irritable. Felt flu-ish, and knew it was Seismic because I wasn't running a fever. But no local or S.Pacific symptoms, so I suspected it was elsewhere.
I remembered LW's recent Atlantic Ridge predictions (I posted on the "Atlantic Area" page a 5'er that hit 3 days ago). For some reason, was compelled to Google the Ridge. One Wiki page had a list of "massifs" associated with the Ridge ("massif", French for "massive", refers to land structures, such as mountains); one of these was the Laurentian. I remembered that name from the sequence in the movie The Hunt for Red October where, in the Laurentian Abyss, the Russian and U.S. subs met up.
The Laurentian Abyss, sitting off the Canada coast, is one of the lowest depths of the Atlantic and home to a number of thermal vents. In contrast, there are the Laurentian Mountains in Canada, the southern range of which are known as the Adirondacks in NY State.
I began to wonder if I was picking up on the Ridge, near the Laurentian Abyss. If so, it'd have to be at least a 6 or 7 for me to sense it from my location.
Now, to be fair, I should report having spoken with LW this afternoon and learned she's picking up on parts of the West Coast -- anywhere from Carlsbad to the Yukon. I'm getting no such indicators -- I'm seriously focused the other direction, on the Atlantic Ridge, an area I normally don't pick up.
Interesting, eh? Let's see what happens.
A period of fatigue. A migraine aura tried to form. And my allergies are on.

SUNDAY EVENNG REWRITE
First off -- Mary, always good to see you here. LW, during my phone-chat with her earlier today, was just saying how she hasn't heard from you recently.
So, Saturday night while out with a friend, I got all kinds of cardiac symptoms. Rapid pulse, shallow breath while talking, and later a sharp prolonged pain in my right upper arm radiating to my right back/shoulder. The pain didn't dissipate immediately, leading me to wonder if it was cardiac, until my friend pointed out that kind of arm pain is usually on the left side. Gradually, the pain did decrease and by the time we went for a late dinner, I got the Euphoria -- animated, talky, energetic.
In recent chats with LW, I related what I thought were Atlantic hits while she shared how she was getting SoCal hits. I made all kinds of talk about Laurentian Abyss trench in the North Atlantic. Here on this post, I predicted 24 to 48 hours given my Euphoria.
But I forgot something crucial, you see. I forgot that cardiac-type symptoms are symbolic of "the heart of me" -- meaning something in my immediate area or region. So, now see the "Baja ... SoCal" page -- this happened late Sunday afternoon.
I can be such an idiot sometimes ....

It's been a Monday. Something in the Universe again. Many people at my office, sick with a recurring cold or flu. Others are just wrapped up in their self-absorbed craziness, not communicating clearly. During the evening rush, a violent car chase through East L.A. involving at least one carjacking en route, and the desperate criminal finally being brought down by police. And I've had one of the worst days at work ever. It's way past time for some changes.
That said, my inner ears are once again burning and squirming. I'm damn near miserable.
