I haven't been all that good in recent years...since the incoming Spikes and Pressures mostly faded out and it's now a rare event when I get one. But I do keep track of the Pressures I experienced back in time on a calculated summary page across all my areas. I don't have to updated very often because there is so much time between the nine day windows now for each area. I updated back in October and shouldn't have to again until September. At the same time, I never thought I would be at this this long either. But for your support, I'm not sure I would have kept at it. We sure have years and lots of memories now. Don't you think there has to be a reason for all this?
